1. After each product or service
contract is complete, it is essential that you complete our "After Action
Survey." The "After Action Survey" is critical to our business of
referring customers to professionals. If you, or other customers, fail to
complete the surveys opportunities for fraud & embezzlement are created.
More than that, it is the only way to provide everyone, customers as well as the
public, a complete professional history for each and every professional.
Please carefully and thoughtfully complete your "After Action Survey."
There will be a $100, or greater,
refund for your completed returned After Action Survey!
2. It is the customer's
responsibility to inform the professional or us about any discrepancies,
concerns, or problems. There is no sense in feeling angry at others about
poor services rendered when you failed to mention your concerns to anyone!
We can't fix problems we don't know about. Please do not wait to let us
know about any problems or concerns you might have.
