These histories are only as complete and accurate as customer's After Action Surveys, and Health Physics Personnel™ accepts no responsibility for incompletion or inaccuracies from customers. Please carefully and thoughtfully complete your "After Action Survey." 3. It is our responsibility to encourage professional integrity, and specifically to not discourage professional integrity. On an entirely subjective basis, without any obligation to do so, on a random interval, Health Physics Personnel™ may, at its discretion and convenience make "Integrity Awards" to Associates to compensate for losses directly resulting from decisions where Integrity was exercised in the moment of choice to protect the public's confidence in, and name, Health Physics Personnel™, at a personal cost. |
