Associate Responsibilities
1. "Responsibility One" is
to protect the name "Health Physics Personnel™", confidence of the customer and the public in our reputation, honesty and professional integrity
of Health Physics Personnel™
and all associates. This
business is based on obtaining and maintaining customer's and potential
customer's confidence that we are the best source for professional references. This goal directly benefits all other associates who share derived profits.
2. After each product or service contract
is complete, it is essential that customers complete our "After Action Survey."
The "After Action Survey" is critical to our business of referring
customers. If customers fail to accurately complete and
return the surveys, opportunities for fraud & embezzlement are created.
Even more important, it is the only way to provide everyone, customers as well as the
public, a complete history for each and every professional.
Any form of compromising an After
Action Survey will at a minimum, even if no fraud or embezzlement occur, damage
our credibility, customer's, and potential customer's confidence in Health Physics Personnel™. Any compromising of the survey is a violation of
Responsibility One (above) and will result in stated contract penalties at a minimum,
civil action, and additional criminal prosecution at a maximum. Do not
underestimate our intent or ability to protect and enforce "Responsibility One."
It is your responsibility to
encourage customers to carefully and thoughtfully complete the "After Action Survey."
3. It is the responsibility of
those referred, companies, or corporations to never operate using
the words or intentions of, "I think this is what we should do..." It is
your responsibility to talk to whomever necessary, as often as necessary, so that you can use the words,
"I know what to do!" Speak to customers, or Health Physics Personnel when
necessary, as often as needed. Do not hesitate to return three times to
ask the same question just to be sure. Further, it is your
responsibility to take clear, itemized notes of the wishes and instructions of
customers. You may mark them where appropriate as "deal breakers" or "mere
wishes", etc as necessary. You must also keep a paper record, or other
Health Physics Personnel approved method, of what instructions and wishes
customers make as well as record of whether or not requests were
completed to their satisfaction, as well as any other pertinent
information.
